I am absolutely delighted that Bar Councils of South India has urged the CJI & Vice – President for establishment of Supreme Court Bench.

The thought process for NCA emanated from CB presided over by Justice Bhagawati. I am pursuing this matter for the past 7 years.

2014 – 1st round, 2015 – 2nd round, 2016 – 3rd round & now the matter is referred to CB after eloborate deliberation by the Hon’ble Apex Court ably assisted by Respected Senior Advocate Mr KKV & Reverred T R Andhyarhinia.

Fortunately, Congress & DMK in their respective election manifesto assured for judicial reform & establishment of National Court of Appeal. 🙏🏽
