Hence, it has become necessary for the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition to avoid multiplicity of litigation and to get a common decision, since the lis is same. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents.

For the aforesaid reasons it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition under Rule 2-B, Appendix IV of the Rules framed to regulate the proceedings filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and pass such other orders to meet the ends of justice.

I am one of the Petitioners herein and i am well.acquainted with the facts stated here under.
I state that the above Writ Petition has been filed praying for Writ of …….before this Honble Court and the. Affidavit filed in support of the main Writ Petition may be read as part and parcel of this affidavit.

I respectfully state that the present Writ petition has been filed in common by the petitioners by joining together arising out of the common cause of action and based on the common grievances and the relief sought for by the petitioners are also common. .
Theefore the petitioners are filing a seperate petition under Rule 2B of the Appendix IV A of the High Court Appellate Side Rule praying to file a single Writ petition by joining together ..
