Today Chief Justice bench after hearing the Arguments of P. Wilson Senior Advocate for DMK and AG for the state has passed orders restraining ruling dispensation (AIADMK)from distributing pamphlets, placards, papers, bills etc or displaying digital banners Flexi boards inside the Ration shops and precincts of Ration shops hailing their party leaders or the party symbol.
The First bench also directed ruling dispensation for removal of all cutout’s, Flexi board , arches, digital boards erected on the road , public places pathways forthwith by local bodies and directed that no such Flexi board/, cutout’s , digital banners , arches shall be erected in public road, pathways, public places without permission from local bodies.
