Today 31.3.2022, Quash petition of EPS and OPS against the defamation case filed by politician Pugalendhi, for the reason the notice of his removal from ADMk party issued by EPS and OPS in the capacity of Co-Ordinator anf Joint Co-ordinator was said to defamatory in nature. In the said quash petition Mr.A.Natarajan Senior Advocate (Former State PP) appeared and argued the matter. After hearing detail arguments of all side, Hon’ble justice Nirmal Kumar had reserved the case for order. In the said matter today it was posted for orders and the Hon’ble court had accepted the arguments putforth by Mr.A.Natarajan and thereby allowed the quash petition infavour of EPS and OPS.
