[28/07, 17:30] Sekarreporter: Thiru Ma Subramanian, the Health Minister of the Government of Tamil Nadu, along with Thirumati Kanchana, has filed a Special Leave Petition as against the dismissal of their quash petitions by the Honourable Madras High Court. After extensive hearing of Mr. Mukil Rotagi and P. Wilson, Senior Advocates for the petitioners, the Bench of the Honorable Supreme Court—comprising Honorable Mr. Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Honorable Mr. Justice Aravind Kumar issued notice on the Special Leave Petition as well as the stay applications.
