Karnan was asked to take action against him for scandalizing the judges of the Honble supreme court of india. Delhi Tamil Advocates Association Ram shankar in his affidavit stated that the former judge is circulating a filthy video of degrading the woman and judges of the Honble supreme court of india and the same needs to be prohibited in order to safeguard the majesty of the courts and society and further submitted that a complaint has been lodged to commissioner of police, Chennai and the same is pending without any action.
Mr. Aryama Sundaram, sr.adv, Manan kumar mishra, sr. Adv, chairman, bar council of India and v. Karthik, senior advocate appeared for the petitioner and sought for immediate action, the Honble court has said that representation to commissioner of police, Chennai is pending and directed to implead all the authorities concerned, so has to issue appropriate directions. The court directed the petitioner to initiate all appropriate arrangements in order initiate proceedings against Karnan and posted the matter after 3 weeks and we are keeping the matter pending.
