2. This application seeking impleadment has been filed by the applicant, All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, a registered as well as recognized political party.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of issue involved in this case, the application is considered and allowed. The applicant, All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, is ordered to be
impleaded as respondent No.5 in W.P.No.43333 of 2025.
4. The Registry is directed to incorporate necessary
amendment in the writ petition.
