State PP informed the court that the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr.Eddapadi Palaiswami had condemened only the act of putting saffron cloth on the statue of Erstwhile chief minister MGR But whereas S V Shekar is giving a different picture and also giving a different meaning to the tri colour nation flag as if saffron colour denotes hindu, white colour denotes Christian and Green colour denotes Muslims. State PP informed that the countitutional meaning of our tricolor flag is not as if s v shekar stated but wherein the saffron colour denotes the Stregnth and Courage of the country, white colour denotes the Peach & truth and green colour denotes the fertility growth and auspiciousness of the land. State PP informed that 41A notice were already issued to the accused and he also appeared before the police today. Once again S V Shekar is asked to come for enquiry on friday 28th august and further enquiry is needed in this matter. The Hon’ble justice Mr.Jagadish Chandira after hearing the argument of State PP informed the State PP that before arresting the accused it must be duly informed to the court and State PP also accepted the same. Hence case adj to 28.08.2020.
