In the light of the above legal position and in the facts and circumstances of the case, we find no merits in the appeal and the same is liable only to be dismissed. In the result, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed and the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by the Sessions Court (Special Court for UAP Act cases), Erode District is confirmed.
