Nirmal kumar BJP IT wing secretary in which Mr P.Wilson and Mr MS krishnan Senior Advocates appeared for Senthil Balaji and Mr Yashod varadhan Senior Advocate for Respondent.

Some fake news is spread about today’s hearing before Hon’ble Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy in the case filed by Senthil Balaji against CTR. Nirmal kumar BJP IT wing secretary in which Mr P.Wilson and Mr MS krishnan Senior Advocates appeared for Senthil Balaji and Mr Yashod varadhan Senior Advocate for Respondent. The application to vacate injunction was argued at length by all the counsels and court has reserved for orders today . Contrary to court proceedings some messages are being circulated by some media persons which may be avoided and ignored.
Mr Yashod Vardhan during course of arguments submitted that Mr CTR Nirmal Kumar has filed an affidavit tendering his apology for 3 tweets made against Senthil Balaji after granting injunction order by High court and informed the court that the same has been deleted.
Mr P. Wilson submitted that the said apology can be considered separately when contempt petition is taken up .
