These Criminal Revision Petitions have been filed to call for the records and set aside the impugned orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, dated 15.09.2025 framing the charges against the Revision Petitioner in 
and C.C.No.2481 of 2023, respectively.
2. Today, when the matter is being taken up, Mr.M.Ravi, learned Senior
Advocate, assisted by Mr.M.Mubarak Ahmad, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submits that the stay application along with the affidavit has not been filed due to a bonafide mistake by his Junior Advocate who assisted him, and prays for three days’ time to file the stay application along with the affidavit in this case. He also prays for 3 days’ time to file a translated copy of the impugned orders in these Criminal Revision Petitions.

3. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, assisted by Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, learned Government Advocate has no objection to
the prayer made by learned Senior Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.
4. Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned Senior Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, three days’ time is granted to file the stay application along with the affidavit and to file a translated copy of the impugned orders annexed in these petitions. In the meantime, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is
directed to seek instructions in this matter.
5. Put up the cases “For Admission” on 21.11.2025 before this Court.
