[07/01, 16:00] Senior Advt S Prabakaran: I would like to place my deepest and heartfelt gratitude, gratefulness and thanks to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Madras High Court and to the Special E-Filling Committee constituted by Hon’ble Chief Justice consisting of Hon’ble Justice R Suresh Kumar, Hon’ble Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, Hon’ble Justice R Vijaykumar and Hon’ble Justice C Kumarapan for their swift and expeditious action in resolving the grievances of the Bar in the the much agitated mandatory e-filling system in District Judiciary.

The Committee met around 5:00pm in the Madras High Court Campus and had an extensive and elaborate discussion with myself, Mr P Amalraj Chairman BCTNP, Mr Marrappan Chairman Federation of Bar Association, Mrs. Priscilla Pandian Member BCTNP, and Ms Revathy President Women Lawyers Association. The discussion continued till 7:00 pm where the Committee came to a positive decision to keep the mandatory e-filling system in District judiciary in abeyance and same was communicated to Hon’ble Chief Justice who was pleased to concede to the same.

As the Vice Chairman of BCI and on behalf of the members of BCTNP I would like express our deepest gratitude for the swift action of the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Hon’ble Justice R Suresh Kumar, Hon’ble Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, Hon’ble Justice R Vijaykumar and Hon’ble Justice C Kumarapan which has led to restoring harmony in the bar and lending their ears to the voice of the bar members.
