[12/23, 21:12] Sekarreporter1: The learned senior counsel Mr. S. Prabakaran has submitted that there were 3 different versions of complaint 2015- a complaint lodged by one devasagayam stating that he has paid money to secure job as conductor, 2016 a complaint lodged by one gopi, for which he has sought direction to register an FIR the Honble high court has observed that instead of multiple crimes, the case can be investigated under the monitoring of deputy commissioner of police and disposed the case, further in compliance of the order of the Honble high the case was investigated and a final report has been submitted in June 2017. That after a lapse of 2 and half years to settle scores among two rival persons, i.e Senthil balaji then minister of the ruling party and at present joined in the opposition party, by fixing a person namely arun kumar, sought a direction for further investigation on the chargesheet which was filed way back in June 2017. After a lapse of 2 and half years with a I’ll motive in order to implicate the then minister such an exercise was carried and the minister filed a anticipatory bail and the same was ordered on the nature of vengeance wrecked by the ruling party. Even after not stopping the present petitioner who has no authority or the authority to issue appointment orders were called and tortured to give statements, which he actually doesn’t know , the learned senior counsel further submitted that the recruitment baord is the appropriate authority for appointments and the petitioner can act as a post man in delivering the appointment orders otherwise he has no involvement in the alleged crime. Ofcourse notices of appearance were issued in the process of investigation and the petitioner fully complied the same, even then he was arrested to settle score and attempted to get statement from him for implicating former minister, hence he submitted he has no involvement in the crime and sought for bail.
Taking in to the consideration of arguments the Honble court granted bail imposing certain conditions.
