  When writ petition for eviction of encroachment in Ramapuram yeri came up before the first bench, in the said writ petition Aag J.Ravindran appeared. When the bench posed a question as to within what time the encroachment would be removed the aag replied stating that the policy of the Government is peaceful eviction and not forceful eviction.
