In the next course of development the Rebulicans system of rule came into existence, feudalism emerged, class of council to advise the King came to front, ……….its long way to go and finally Colonial System of rule came into exist and king power was diversified into floor of law which developed as Institutions of legislature. Finally free nation concept advanced with Rights then leads to LAW AS SOVEREIGN to rule the STATE.
