  Plastic case order S.VAIDYANATHAN,J., and P.T.ASHA,J., Mr.P.H.Aravindh Pandian, the learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that he could not convene a meeting with the concerned Officials on account of bereavement in his family and therefore, he seeks four weeks’ time to file his status report. 2.
