MHC had ordered disbandment of Internal complaint committee and eschewed the icc report, ordered reconstitution of fresh ICC without any one in disbanded icc as members and to decide whether sexual.harassment complaint is a counter blast to memo issued to the private respondent / complainant for the meno regarding illegalities in applying svldrs scheme or otherwise.(para 35)
The Honble Highcourt in para 34 has deprecated the illegal contumacious act of the official respondents and firther in wp filed against order of CAT upheld its order quashing the order of suspension. The acts of the officers including the complsinsnt and officers of abondoned icc held to be illegal and the shiw cause notice issued to the beneficuary company has been upheld here & in a connected wa judgement pronounced on the same day.
