Full order of HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.KIRUBAKARAN AND THE HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE B.PUGALENDHI W.P.(MD).No.16274 of 2020 and W.M.P.(MD).No.13603 of 2020 K.Pushpavanam (M 24/2020),—-(5)The Respondents shall appoint a “Nodal Officer”, who is well qualified in law, in each department, to note down the Courts’ recommendations to bring to the knowledge of the Policy-Makers of each department by way of periodical reports within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, so that policy decision would be taken. 42.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 43.Call the matter, for compliance of the 4th direction or for appearance of the Respondents, after three months and for compliance report regarding directions 1, 2, 3 and 5 or for appearance of Respondents, after six months.
