e-Filing பிரச்சனை சம்பந்தமாக, கூட்டமைப்பின் தலைவர் திரு. கரூர் நா. மாரப்பன் அவர்கள், கூட்டமைப்பின் பொது செயலாளர்கள் திரு. காமராஜ், கார்த்திகெயன், மகளிர் அணி செயளாலர் திருமதி. பிரிசில்லா பாண்டியன், செயலாளர் திரு. விவேகானந்தன், பொருளாளர் திரு. காளிதாஸ், மண்டல செயலாளர்கள் திரு. பாலமுருகன், முத்துராமலிங்கம், செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர் திரு. நன்மாறன் ஆகியோருடன், அகில இந்திய பார் கவுன்சில் துணை தலைவர், தமிழ் நாடு வழக்கறிஞர் சங்க தலைவர், மூத்த வழக்கறிஞர் திரு. எஸ். பிரபாகரன் அவர்கள் தலைமையில், மாண்புமிகு தலைமை நீதிபதி அவர்களை சந்தித்து கோரிக்கை மனு அளித்து, e-Filing மூலம் வழக்கறிஞர்கள் எதிர்கொண்டுள்ள இடர்பாடுகள், பிரச்சனைகள் பற்றி விரிவாக கலந்தாலோசித்தோம், முக்கியமாக சிவில் வழக்குகள், 138 வழக்குகள், 317 மனு தாக்கல் மற்றும் Internet connection அதற்கான கட்டமைப்புகள் சம்மந்தமாக விரிவாக ஆலோசிக்கப்பட்டது. மாண்புமிகு தலைமை நீதிபதி அவர்கள் மிகவும் கனிவுடன் கேட்டறிந்தார். பிரச்சனைகளை Practical-லாக அணுகினார். இப்பிரச்சனைகள் கலையப்படும் வரை, online filing மற்றும் offline filing இரண்டு வகையிலும் தொடர ஆவண செய்ய கேட்டுக்கொண்டோம். கண்டிப்பாக நம் கோரிக்கையை பரிசீலித்து நல்ல முடிவை உடனே அறிவிப்பதாக உத்திரவாதம் அளித்துள்ளார் என்று இதன் மூலம் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது .

The High Court, Madras, upon approval of the Hon’ble The Chief Justice, hereby notifies that the Notification No. 265/2025, dated 24.09.2025, notifying mandatory e-filing of all case types, applications / petitions, pleadings and documents in the District Judiciary on e-filing portal (https://filing.ecourts.gov.in) shall be given effect from 01.12.2025.

All other directions contained in the Notification No. 265/2025 stand unaltered.
