NEA Dinesh Advocate: Sekar sir, Many advocates are suffering difficulties because they don’t have office outside and the facilities to come online and argue.

[7/8, 18:29] NEA Dinesh Advocate: Respected President Secretary and other Office bearers of the various Associations.

Posting of old cases without opening up the chambers is posing a lot of problems for advocates who don’t have office outside the campus.

Most of the case bundles are inside the chambers and getting special permissions each time for taking the bundles of cases which are coming up in the list at regular intervals is very difficult.

I request the Office Bearers to kindly look into the difficulties faced by the advocates who have their chambers inside the campus and request the Honourable High Court to either open up the campus or defer the posting of final hearing cases till the campus is opened up.

My suggestion is that even number chambers may be opened up on Monday and Wednesday and odd number chambers on Tuesday and Thursday for the month of July on experimental basis from 10-1.30pm and the campus should be vacated by 2pm.

If this is not possible, only urgent matters may be taken up and posting final hearing cases in the list now under these circumstances should be deferred.

Please consider my suggestions and do the needful.

It is getting to be very difficult getting adjournments in old matters.

Please help us Sekar sir by informing our Honble Judges about these difficulties.
