ORDER
Mr.J.Chandran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms.M.Sneha, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
2.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and in order to get a clearer picture in this case, it will be more appropriate for the petitioner to submit an appeal before the 1st respondent forthwith. The 1st respondent shall conduct an enquiry by affording opportunity to all parties concerned and place the report before this Court. Based on the same, final orders will be passed in the writ petition.
3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents based on instructions submitted that the patients who are already undergoing dialysis can continue to undergo dialysis in the petitioner’s hospital. However, insofar as the kidney transplantation is concerned, they have to identify other authorized hospitals.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner hospital will not carry out any kidney transplantation, till a final decision is taken in this writ petition.
5.Post this writ petition under the caption ‘For Filing Report’ on 06.10.2025.
