In continuation to the instructions issued vide Notification No.113/2020 dated
17.04.2020 with reference to mode of filing and hearing of cases in the Principal Seat
at Madras, the following further instructions are hereby issued:
I. Advocates/Partiesare hereby required to send Petitions/Applications/Grounds
of Appealalong with the requisite documents as mandated, through email to the
designated email IDs’ from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on all working days. The emails
received after time specified shall not be entertained.
II. Case related information such as filing of case, posting of case, status of the
order passed etc., shall be obtained telephonically through the following telephone
numbers from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days.
