Mhc Court directed Anna University to publish the results of all the Engineering college students irrespective of payment of examination fees or not

[8/21, 14:49] Sekarreporter 1: Challenging the order of Anna University insisting upon payment of Examination Fees for examinations which were not at all conducted, 2 (two) students namely Mr. S. Hariharan and Ms. B. Sowndharya filed W.P. No. 11184/2020 and W.P. No. 11187/2020 respectively before this Hon’ble Court.

After hearing the Senior Advocate Mr. K. Doraisami for the Petitioners and the Additional Advocate General narmada for the Anna University, the Hon’ble Court directed Anna University to publish the results of all the Engineering college students irrespective of payment of examination fees or not. Further Hon’ble Judge directed Anna University to file counter giving actual expenses incurred by Anna University for preparation of examination procedures. Further His Lordship indicated that further directions will be issued directing the students to pay only the actual expenses incurred.
