Hon’ble Chief Justice,
The Hon’ble High Court had issued Notification dated 01.05.2020 bearing Notification No.47-A/2020 in which it has been observed that the system of hearing of matters only through remote video conferencing shall be continued.
In this regard several advocates are having difficulties, since they are having their offices in and around the High Court Complex and the necessary infrastructure for conducting the cases through video conferencing are available only in their offices and therefore they are unable to go to their respective offices for video conferencing facilities. Hence we request your Lordship to consider the difficulties faced by the Advocates in this regard and issue necessary clarifications for the benefit of the legal fraternity.
