ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon’ble M.S.Ramesh J.)
Admit.
2. Among the various grounds raised by the appellants, one is that the learned Single Judge, while directing Directorate General of Police, to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the five Superintendents of Police, had not given prior opportunity to the concerned officials.
3. On perusal of the order impugned in this appeal, it is also seen that no prior opportunity was extended to the concerned Superintendent of Police. On this prima facie view, we are inclined to stay the order impugned dated 30.07.2025. Accordingly, there shall be an order of interim stay.
4. Notice to the respondent, returnable by 24.10.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
5. Call on 24.10.2025.
