I. HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE M.M.SUNDRESH

HON’BLE MS.JUSTICE P.T.ASHA
will sit in a Division Bench at 2.15 P.M. on 28.10.2020 and take up the cases through Video
conferencing as listed.
II. Urgent matters in Second Appeal – upto the year 2013, Civil Miscellaneous Appeals
arising from Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to be heard by a Single Bench – of the years 2015 and
2016 also will be listed before HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE R.SUBRAMANIAN on 28.10.2020.
III. Urgent matters in Criminal Appeals (including Appeals relating to Crime against
women and Children) and Criminal Revision – From the year 2011 to 2018, Criminal Original
Petitions (u/s.407 & 482 of Cr.PC) and Writ Petitions (Cr.PC) – of the year 2019 also will be listed
before HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE T.RAVINDRAN on 28.10.2020 and 29.10.2020.
IV. Urgent matters in Civil Suits including Undefended Suits and Framing of Issues and
connected Interlocutory Applications, from the year 2014 (except Commercial Division
Cases)Original Petitions (other than Arbitration Matters)Testamentary Original Suits and Original
Matrimonial Suits also will be listed before in HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE C.V.KARTHIKEYAN
on 28.10.2020 and 29.10.2020.
V. Urgent matters in Civil Revision Petitions – upto the year 2017 also will be listed
before HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN on 28.10.2020 and 29.10.2010.
VI. HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN
will sit single at 10.30 A.M. on 28.10.2020 in the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court
at Madurai and pronounce Orders through Video Conferencing as listed, wherein Orders were
reserved during His Lordship’s sitting in the Principal Seat at Madras.
VII. HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE C.SARAVANAN
will sit single after Division Bench sitting on 28.10.2020 and take up the cases through Video
conferencing as listed.
