Mr P. Wilson submitted that the government offer to pay fees in private Medical colleges was made on 20.11.2020 and the Petitioners were called for counselling on 18/19th of November and due to allotment in Private medical colleges and fees of 7-8 lakhs were asked to pay, the candidates were not in a position to pay the fees and hence were kept in waiting list.
