(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh,J.)
In the last hearing on 08.08.2025, we had recorded the status reports filed by 7 District Collectors. Today, 7 more District Collectors, namely Coimbatore, Krishnagiri, Kallakurichi, Ramanathapuram, Tirupathur, Tiruvannamalai and Vellore, have filed their status reports.
2.According to Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, they will be in a position to file the status reports of 3 more Districts in the next hearing and for the remaining Districts in Tamil Nadu, they would file the status reports by 04.09.2025 positively.
3.The 2nd respondent-The Special Officer/Joint Receiver of Kalaimagal Sabha, as well as the Inspector General of Registration, are called upon to submit two consolidated statements of the properties of Kalaimagal Sabha, one with encroachments and the other without encroachments. The consolidated statements shall contain all the details of the properties, which finds place in the status reports.
