  Justice K K Ramakrishnan directed the authorities to keep strict vigil over the mining operation and transportation related to it. If there was any violation, strict action should be taken. If there were any lapse, it was always open to the petitioner to approach the court for appropriate remedy, the judges observed, and disposed of the petition.
