Devanathan filed SLP in SC for modification of interim bail order given by madras high court on 15.9.25. Advocate Ashwin Kumar argued in SC and Supreme court dismissed the SLP on 27.10.25 and advised devanathan to approach Madras High court.
Again devanathan approached madras high court for modification of bail order and time extension for ₹ 100 crores deposition. But today Hon ble judge Smt. Tamil selvi dismissed it and directed EOW to arrest devanathan.
