ORDER
1. As the Water Resources Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, is a necessary party to this proceeding, we Suo Motu implead them as additional Respondent No.8. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title.
2. Let notice be issued to all the respondents through the Tribunal as well as privately.
3. K. Ravindranath, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondents No.2 to 8.
4. Considering the serious allegations made in the application, we direct the learned counsel appearing for the State Government to get appropriate instructions by passing over the matter. It is now stated that the officials have gone to the spot and revert with the appropriate instructions.
