Pleader In view of the foregoing reasons, the respondent cannot refuse to register the Sale Certificate as sought for by the petitioner. Consequently, the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.538/2022 dated 17.10.2022 is quashed. The first respondent is directed to register the Sale certificate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above directions, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
