In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018
(Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Hon’ble Justice Tmt.R.Hemalatha, Retired
Judge of High Court of Madras as Judicial Member of Tamil Nadu Lokayukta.
2. Hon’ble Justice Tmt.R.Hemalatha, (Retd.), Judicial Member, Tamil Nadu Lokayukta shall hold office for a term
of five years, from the date on which she enters upon her office or the date on which she attains the age of 70 years,
