Yet another ground is 187 full members are there. However, the Election officer published eligible voters as only 155 members. It is illegal. After hearing the arguments of the petitioner’s side as well as the respondent’s Hon’ble Court passed an interim order to Let the election go on. Declare the result if the election is proper.
