K.S.Gita who forged signatures of her family members and sold the family-owned land in Adyar, Chennai, without the permission of her brothers and sisters to two different persons. Central Crime Branch police file charges against K.S.Gita:
K.S.Gita is the Founder and Correspondent of KSG College of Arts and Science. She is also the Founder and Chairman of the Swantatra Party.
In 2006, without the permission of her family members, K.S.Gita sold her family-owned property to two different persons with forged signatures of her family members and forged documents. Based on the complaint given by K.S.Gita’s brother Mr.Sarath Kakumanu and her sister Mrs.Beena, the Chennai Central Crime Branch Police has booked a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code 120(b), 419,420,465,467,468,471r/w34 against K.S.Gita and one C.R.Ravichandran and filed a charge sheet before the Egmore Central Criminal Division Special Magistrate (CC No. 5241/2020).
The above case is coming up for hearing before the Egmore Central Criminal Division Special Magistrate on Monday, 18-01-2020. As per the summon issued by the Central Crime branch in connection with the case, K.S.Gita and C.R. Ravichandran are expected to appear in the court.
