1. Person has notice of instrument from the date of registration
2. Person acquiring immovable property have notice of title of any person in actual possession for time being as on that day
3. Person deemed to have notice when his agent acquires notice in the course of business of fact which is material
4. Principal not charged with notice, When agent conceals notice of fact fraudulently .
5. Transfer of property is act of living person conveying property in present or in future to one or more living person
