4. Transfer made by person fraudulently or erroneously to be authorised and transfer for consideration, such transfer shall at option of transferee operate on any interest acquired later by transferor during subsistence of contract
5. Transferee acquires interest from one of more co-owner can enforce joint possession or partition of the same, of interest transferred
