Court continues with the order: Order: the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the court may issue directions to the state and DGP to frame guidelines/SOPs for conducting public meetings in public place. However, the principal seat of the HC has already issued directions to frame SOPs and the same is posted before the court. In view of the above, this court permits the petitioners to file impleadment applications before the principal seat.
