on our behalf sir.
The observation of the Court order dated 15.09.2025 are as follows
– The respondent shall permit the Petitioner to perform her duties as Councillor .
– the Petitioner shall use the office in the office time of 10:00 am to 5:45pm
– the petitioner shall co-operate with the respondents in enquiry to pass final orders within the the time stipulated by this Court
– the Respondents shall not take any major decisions till the proceedings are completed as per WP order.
– the records shall be with the custody of the Municipal Commissioner, if the petitioner needs any documents for the enquiry, that copies may be given to the respondents and not original.
The Contempt Petition is closed .
