  Justice Audikesavalu after hearing the arguement of state PP informed the counsel of senthil balaji that they cannot ask this type of remedy in an anticipatory bail application and if you are aggrived by the magistrate order than you have to challenge the same by filling different petition. Justice also informed that he did not pass any order till now in the anticipatory bail application.
