Today 10.9.2020 – Ayyanavaram Encounter case of rowdy sankar came up for hearing before Lordship Justice G K ilantharaiyan as item no.39. State was represented by State Public prosecutor Mr.A.Natarajan and Petitioner mother of the rowdy sankar was represented by Counsel Sankar Subbu. State PP informed the court that already the prayer of this petition has become infractious since the main prayer for transfering the case to CBCID was already done in this case and investigation was taken over by the CBCID now. But now petitioner’s Counsel is insisting the court to direct for re-postmortem to be done infront of the kith and kin of the deceased rowdy sankar. State Public prosecutor vehemently objected that and informed the court that one just 1 week is over after the CBCID took over the investigation and the investigation is in premature stage. State PP also informed that repostmortem is not required in this case since already 3 doctors conducted the first postmortem and the same was also video graphed. State PP also informed the court that there are 53 cases pending against the rowdy sankar including two murder cases. Counsel for petitioner informed the he wanted to reply on some citations and also he had filed addl typed set of papers which he will file on next hearing. Hence case adj to 14.10.2020.
