2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Advocate General submitted that pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.449 of 2014 dated 17.03.2022, the respondents have taken possession of M/s.Sri Ram Samaj on 11.04.2022. However, the learned Advocate General submitted that the School and the Marriage Hall belonging to the Samaj are functioning without any interruption.
3.Mr.Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the Samaj is kept open and necessary poojas are being conducted.
4.At the request of the learned Advocate General, post the Writ Appeal on 21.04.2022.
