An wonderful judgement rendered by Justice Mr. Krishnakumar on 10-08-2021 while sitting at Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court in matter Sridevi who sought regularisation of her part time sweeper post in a school. His Lordship referring to revised GO 74 of the year 2013 and the apex court ruling made in Govindasamy’s case rightly rendered a good rendition justice both civics at larger interest and safeguards Govt. Ex-chequer. It is a timely judgement, to read by every counsel defending cause of the State. Indeed it is my pleasure to wish and greet the Judge for a wonderful judgement in service law.
