Arun, was made to wait in the latter’s office for two hours between 3:05 pm and 5:15 pm. The judge summons the police officer’s staff who made the bailiff wait for so long. Till then, the case is passed over. The staff, who made the bailiff wait, must appear before the court today itself, the visibly angry judge insists. Though Mr. Arun appeared in person today and Government Counsel R. - Following a legal opinion tendered by Advocate General Vijay Narayan, TASMAC tells #MadrasHighCourt that the Tamil Nadu government is considering a proposal to include the refundable deposit of ₹10, being collected from individual customers as part of the empty bottle buyback scheme, in the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of every liquor bottle.
