[03/08, 12:27] sekarreporter1: Justice G.K. Ilanthiraiyan of #MadrasHighCourt permits former DMK Minister and sitting Coimbatore South MLA V. Senthilbalaji to withdraw his bail condition modification petition in the TVK MLAs bribery case. The former Minister had sought to modify the condition, which requires him to appear before the Triplicane Inspector of Police twice a day, only for six days in order to enable him to approach the Supreme Court for anticipatory bail in another corruption case registered by the DVAC on July 28, 2026 in connection with TASMAC tender irregularities. Since he had obtained interim protection from arrest from the top court last week, he chose to withdraw the modification petition today. @THChennai Backgrounder👇
