CHAIRMAN, BAR COUNCIL press release advocates how to apply see the link

PRESS RELEASE
We hereby inform all the Advocates that incontinuation of the Resolution passed by the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry dated 07.04.2020, the Bar Council has also decided to obtain the applications through BCTNPY Android Mobile Application on or before 20.04.2020 with the following modifications.
The Applicant should have passed All India Bar Examination and need not enclose the certificate.
Certificate of monthly payment from the Senior Advocate is not required.
The Applicant need not submit rental agreement or the self declaration.
Spouse should not be a Government/Corporate Employee.
Therefore, The advocates can submit their application either through the Associations or through the Android Mobile Application or through the Website of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry i.e., http://barcounciloftamilnadupuducherry.org.
The Android Mobile Application can be downloaded in the following manner:-
Go to Google Playstore -> Search as BCTNPY
Download the App.
Install and proceed with the Login process by entering your Enrolment Number/Year and Mobile Number.
Fill the Application carefully.
Submit.
Other (iOS) phone users can apply through the link http://arf.bctnpy.com.
It is made clear that if the application is send through Bar / Advocate Association, they need not collect any documents from the applicants.
After the receipt of applications through Mobile App, the same will be sent to the concerned Bar /Advocate associations for clarification if any. Therefore, all the President and Secretaries of the recognized associations are directed to send their email ID and mobile number to the bar council email : tnbarcouncil@yahoo.com or Whatsapp Number:-9360154221 immediately.
