[17/07, 13:20] sekarreporter1: BREAKING #MadrasHighCourt Chief Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice G. Arul Murugan refuse to rehear a PIL seeking a CBI probe in the TVK MLA ₹35 crore bribery case and other horse trading charges. The judges reject a request made by senior counsel N. Jothi, representing the PIL petitioner, to permit him to argue on Monday (July 20, 2026) since he has some additional materials to be placed before the court. Chief Justice says his Bench would have passed orders in the case yesterday itself but couldn’t do so because of a Full Court meeting and other preoccupations.
