Chief Justice’s Bench has ordered notice to the central agency on a batch of 39 civil miscellaneous appeals filed by the individuals and various firms challenging the orders passed by an Appellate Tribunal for PMLA cases in New Delhi in May 2025 confirming the attachment of properties worth ₹456.84 crore out of the total attached value of ₹910.29 crore. @THChennai
