The present appeal has been filed challenging the restoration of the
Gurardian OP bearing G.W.O.P.No.606 of 2021 that has been allowed exparte.
The father is the appellant. The custody of the quadruplets, who are now aged 17
years and 9 months is with the mother in India.
2. Pursuant to order dated 07.08.2025, the parties appear to have had some
interactions and today express that the mother is inclined to withdraw the
Guardian OP, in which case, the present appeal would become infructuous. She
only wants some assurance that the children should not be disturbed till 13
th of
December, 2025, on which day they attain majority.
3. In such circumstances, in order to facilitate the closure of this OSA, and
at request of Mr.Kabir, let the GWOP No.606 of 2021 be listed before the learned
Judge on 26.08.2025 under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
4. List this appeal on 28.08.2025.
