  In view of the above, this criminal revision deserves to be allowed. As such, the judgment dated 08.07.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.7 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Erode at Gopichettipalayam and the judgment passed in STC.No.951 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Gopichettipalayam, dated 27.11.2020 are set aside. The petitioner is acquitted of all the charges for the offence under Section 138 of NI Act.
